Who are FunBox Entertainment?
FunBox Entertainment is a UK-based group leading the way in immersive, high-quality entertainment. We operate a growing number of venues packed with arcade games, VR, e-karting, bowling, karaoke, and more – all powered by innovative tech and an unbeatable guest experience.
What sites do you operate?
We currently operate under two leading brands:
Gravity Max – with sites in Liverpool, Wandsworth, Westfield Stratford City, and Bluewater
Urban Fun – with a site in Reading and a new venue opening soon in Kingston

Can I place my arcade machines or games in your venues?
We’re always open to partnership opportunities. If you’re interested in placing your games or arcade machines in one of our venues, please get in touch with our team. We review every proposal carefully to ensure the best fit for our audience and locations.
How does your prize system work?
G-Tickets are collected by playing the games of skill and rewarded proportionally to your score. The more you play and the better your skill the more G-Tickets you earn. G-Tickets are best when cumulated, meaning more G-Tickets = more prizes.

How Do I Earn and redeem G-Tickets?
Winning & spending G-Tickets is easy:

- Find a Kiosk and collect your free player card.
- Select LINK ACCOUNT on the app home screen.
- Link your player card by scanning the unique identifier code on the back.

- Bank Your G-Tickets, keep coming back and you’ll see your GamerGreen® account grow with G-Tickets!
